I originally chose West Creek Dental because they were just a block away. I have since moved to North Austin, but I gladly hazard the drive down MoPac to see Dr Gokhale and her staff. Dr. Gokhale is super gentle. Absolutely painless dentistry! Cynthia at the front desk is friendly and efficient and she easily fixed me into their schedule to re-seat a temporary crown that had popped off. Dr G answered the after-hours call herself and followed up the next morning. Annette her tech, is super knowledgeable and skilled. She adjusted the permanent crown "micron by micron" until it felt perfectly natural. There's an attention to detail and service that you just can't find in a larger practice. I've been going to her going on 5 years. Well worth the drive!

I had been MIA for a year but knew that I needed to get in to see Dr. G. They were so gracious and understood why I had been gone so long. Let me start off by saying that the staff at West Creek Dental are fabulous. They are very thorough and gave me a pain free cleaning. Everything was explained in detail so I felt like they cared. I did have a couple of cavities so I came back to have them filled. I have extremely sensitive teeth so I wasn't to thrilled about filling my cavities. I hardly felt the injections and she worked quickly and gently giving me a pleasant experience. I have kept regular appointments and my teeth have never been healthier. What a great Dentist!

Doc Gokhale is the best I've been coming here for about 18 months. Started with a cleaning and wanted to fix my front teeth (never really straight, one was half fake from a break when I was a kid..) Anyway, Invisalign wasn't a good option so I opted for crowns... And let me tell you I get compliments weekly. Hell, random girl at a bar even made out with me because of it. Can you say that about your dentist? Yeah, I didn't think so. Had a handful of old metal fillings that were finally crapping out and have gotten 3 other crowns/replacement fillings and couldn't be happier. Don't listen to these other reviews... bunch of cheapskates and people complaining that their kid should be better... weak. Thanks Doc!

We have been visiting Dr.Poonam ever since they opened this office around 2.5 years ago. She is doing great job. My son really liked going there. He had cavities and she fixed them immediately. We visited a different Dental office where we had lot of billing issues. We don't have any such issues with West Creek Dental. Appointment scheduling is easy and they are also offering weekend appointments. They also do follow up calls once the procedure is complete.

I went in with a lot of pain so desperate I wanted my tooth pulled . I explained I had little time with my work schedule to go to oral surgeon appointments to save my tooth and get a root canal. They called around and found me an oral surgeon to take me immediately and do the work that same day and put me out of my pain. I had gone to several Dentists over the years to discuss replacing my old veneers and every one of them told me I needed complete mouth restoration at the tune of $30,000 (minimum). First visit to a dentist in over twenty years, two visits resulted in three years of pain gone. two extractions. no pain. 20 to 30 min for pain preventive shots to take affect. 10 minutes for extractions, 5 minutes to recoup. Out the door. no mess no muss. I am 65 years old with a disability and they handled me perfect, cost around $550 with no insurance coverage.
